Tidings is independently maintained by an individual developer. For help with feeds, sync, AI providers, or purchase restoration, contact support by email. We will never ask for your API key, Apple ID password, or payment details by email.

To help us diagnose the issue, include

  • Your Tidings and macOS versions
  • Steps to reproduce and the visible error message
  • The relevant feed URL, when applicable
  • Screenshots that contain no keys, tokens, or private article content

Before contacting us, try

  • Check that your network and feed URL work in a browser
  • Review the AI provider endpoint, model, and permission status in Settings
  • For purchase issues, try Restore Purchases; Apple handles subscription management and refunds
